The OFFICIAL "going down with the ship" RW whore list.
I know it may be too early to do this, but what the hell. If the ship goes down, I want to make sure these idiots go down with it. Their credibility blown, McDonald's would be too good for them.

I am keeping this list to strictly A-List RW whores. So certain people, like Tweety will not be included - after all, for all his whoring he did come out against the war. Even Pat Buchanon & Bob Novak get a pass here. (Can't believe I'm saying that)

1. Rush Limbaugh
2. Sean Hannity
3. Bill O'Reilly
4. Ann Coulter
5. George Will
6. Peggy Noonan
7. Tucker Carlson
8. Dennis Miller (SELL OUT MOTHERF****R)
9. Joe Scarborough

Please feel free to add to the list!

1. Sadly I think don't any of these clowns will go anywhere
Edited on Tue Jul-15-03 06:44 PM by JaySherman
They'll just spin their way out it (easy when your audience has an avg. IQ of 50) and lie in wait to pounce on the next democratic president.

2. Buchannan and Novak...
didn't tow the line for the shrub in any way so, yes they should get a pass here. They did nothing whatsoever to promote these horrible lies that got us into this war! They actually were very strongly opposed to it.

3. I've been impressed with Buchanan
He's obviously not signed on to the neocon agenda. He's closer to being a true conservative than they are. I might acually even start to respect him a little if I could forget the Bible-thumping homophobic rhetoric.

5. Judith Miller
She, of all people deserves to go down for being the mouthpiece for parroting "administration sources" and beating the drums of war. The new editor at the Times should fire her- and it wouldn't surprise me at some point if he did.

9. Tweety Gets *NO* Pass, No Time
Tweety did some so-called "anti-war" thing, then reversed himself, bedazzled by the MACHO antics of the early Iraq attack. He DAILY has acted as a Repuke operative for at least the past five years. We go through the "Tweety Wars" every time Tweety deigns to throw us a CRUMB. He boasts about his, um, VERSATILITY (cough), how he can "play Right and play Left" and predictably infuriate each side at will, which he considers a sign of his superior intelligence. In these Tweety Wars, his core groupies from WAY back when he appeared to be one of us (Hardball, the book, 1988) invariably find the latest crumb to be Tweety "SEEING THE LIGHT," "COMING TO HIS SENSES," "RETURNING TO HIS TRUE SELF." Tonight in his stunning attack on KUCINICH, he was his ONLY true self, the street THUG he always was, whichever side he was momentarility on.

7. The blonde bimbos AND
And I nominate Tweety for his obnoxious, ignorant, snide harrassment and rude hollering at Dennis Kuchinch. Someone needs to slap that punk, with his gushing adulation of Bush in a uniform, DOWN.

8. How could you all miss...
New York Times columnist William Safire? He is the biggest neo-con lunatic with a baby tantrum. I would put him at the top of the list. And don't forget the Wall Street Journal editorial board led by Paul Gigot.

14. John Fund--eeuw
Is he still WSJ? or did they let him go? Anyway, he's allowed to spew his opinions on the air--he is sly and vicious.

11. they're doing it for us
The lists of people who donated to Bush's campaign are already starting to be available on the web site.

All we gotta do is copy those lists.

13. I disagree
Certain among your list are people who have never claimed to be anything but right wingers. A whore is someone who sells their opinions, or passes themselves off as something they are not.

O'Reilly is a whore because he claims to be independent. Same with Dennis Miller. But the rest are not whores, but plain old fascists.

16. Many more
Tom Friedman
Bill Keller
Andrew Sullivan
The New Republic
Washington Post Editorial Page
Lou Dobbs
Charles Krauthamer

You're right about the distinction between whore and fascist. But all these people are struggling with cognitive dissonance right now. How many will display impenetrable defenses?

17. Ralph Reed, Grover Norquist, Bill Kristol and how could you forget
old Newtie. Most of these guys are very active, even now, though they tend to stay under the radar. I always think its funny when Newt comes up for air and people ask whats bringing him back in the picture. When they lose a race or get disgraced they never just slink away. They just go underground.
