7. That wasn't clear. He did distance himself slightly:
admitted being " misled". But was unapologetic: did not regret leading the global misinformation campaign re. Iraq. Blamed it all on unnamed members of the intelligence bureaucracy who , he said , should have spoken-up re. bad intelligence.

It was more disinformation, in other words.

They had dinner last week. Just the four of them: Powell, wife, Bush and Laura.

Gives ya a sort of warm, fuzzy feeling... no?
