Brown knows nothing about disaster preparedness, but....
...I bet he could tell you what a quart of horse semem is worth these days west of the Mississippi. He's got that going for him. Sorry...I resort to this , it keeps me from jumping in my truck with a Kalishnakov, a case of Amstel and heading for D.C.

3. As for Michael Chertoff's qualifications he knows more about...
....Bill Clinton's semen stain from Monica's blue dress than any person of earth.

<snip>
Before joining the Bush Administration, Chertoff was a Partner in the law firm of Latham & Watkins. From 1994 to 1996, he served as Special Counsel for the U.S. Senate Whitewater Committee.

4. Brown's Qualifications
Hurricane Katrina Victims to Michael Brown: "Excuse me Mr. Brown, are you fully qualified to lead the hurricane relief activities for the thousands upon thousands relying on you?" Response: "Well, I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night..."

5. I'll bet he also knows...
an awful lot about how FEMA money was used in some very important voting districts far, far, away from any actual hurricane.

I wonder if that's why he's still enjoying his sinecure at FEMA instead of having a margarita and inserting more padding in his resume?
