Race card fits Brown, no aid cause th Blacks would riot.. again and again

Brown comes from a community of 68,000 86% white and 4% Black.

the 'Vision'... portrayed here is Rioting Blacks because it is in their Gene's.. Just look at the LA Riots.. WE DONT WANT THAT..oh NO

so they decided to break what survived up into smaller groups that were 'Contained' and the Riots could be controlled.
