This 50 billion that was pushed through...NO DEBATE WAS ALLOWED. Are our congresspeople so naive as to think that this money wouldn't be stolen or used to line more pockets? They wanted amendments but were refused. So basically another 50 billion has been transferred from the treasury into republican bank accounts. According to Jerry Springer, the dems didn't want to be perceived as denying aid to the stricken area. Don't they get it...THIS ASSURES THAT THE PEOPLE WILL NOT GET THE HELP THEY NEED!!!!! When the hell are they going to stop giving blank checks to neo-fascist, corporatist assholes.:mad:
