3. According to David Jackson, Ch. 9 news, they are

currently laying all along the roadsides waiting for reefer trucks to pick them up. Hundreds, and more every day, some have been there more than a week, some in bags, some out - all along the sides of the 10 freeway.

There are NO reefer vehicles in the area.
