14. My kids saw the cartoon and came like a moth to the flame
We watched it for a minute or so, but when the pres. of Jefferson Parish's words came I had to stop it. I was all choked up and my younger one didn't get it. My older one did.

19. It's hard to nominated that for something called the "Greatest" page.
The cartoon itself is hard-hitting and accurate, but "greatest" makes it sound like something good, and that cartoon was just tragic. Nominted because it must be seen.

50. "Great" does not mean "good".
Some of the word's many definitions (http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=greatest):

"Remarkable or outstanding in magnitude, degree, or extent: a great crisis."

Or,

"Powerful; influential: one of the great nations of the West."

Or,

"Superior in quality or character."

I think all of those would describe this, so it is indeed "great".

51. Point well teken, and I fully understand those meanings.
That's why I nominated it. But you know, we mostly do think of "great" being "good."

"How you feeling today?" "Great!"
"How'd you do on that test?" "Great!"
"I have the greatest husband in the world!"
"What a great new car you're driving!"

So it's more of a common usage... feeling (for lack of a better word) to the word, more than the dictionary definition that caused my comment.

22. NOT cool.
Even when making an important point, farce designed on a tragedy like this has NO place in public discourse. No offense, just my opinion. Powerful, yes. Tasteful, no.

24. Are you kidding....
It was absolutely perfect... It showed how much a joke Bush Co. is and then shoved reality in your face...

It sucked and that is why it was perfect, it hurts and we shouldn't end much in a laugh now days at least out of respect for our fellow Americans who have perished.

It's hard to believe that all of the country is not on their own rooftops screaming for this all to finally end.
