Every person should be given a voucher that is redeemable anywhere in the country for 1 year of free housing and utilities. There isn't ANY need for the government to be more involved than that in the housing of these people. They can give food stamps, housing and utilities--basic needs, I think that the communities that these people relocate to can help with clothing and furniture. Hell I would rather sleep on the floor of my OWN place than sleep on one of those cots in the Astrodome.
