CNN keeps making the point: the government is run by REPUBLICANS
Edited on Wed Sep-07-05 08:31 AM by Atman
Curious. In their reports about the finger-pointing and hiding and blame-gaming the republicans are doing, CNN's Ed Henry has repeatedly pointed out that while the republicans are claiming its not their fault, "the republicans control all of government." This is the third remote I've seen him do this morning, and he makes that point every time.

A small, small "victory," but good on ya, Ed!

New 'TOON (and rant) Today!

4. Dems can't do much when they are in
the minority. When they have been the majority good things have happened to this country.

6. They should also make the BIG POINT...
that in 2004, a Presidential election year, 4 hurricanes hit Florida (which was awful, but the death and destruction were peanuts compared to this) and NO ONE, NOT Tom Delay, NOT FEMA, NOT anyone in THEIR government complained that the Feds and the Chimpshit were there FAST and FURIOUS. If that was acceptable, how the hell can they defend their lethargy, LIHOP or not?

7. It can't be denied.
Pugs control the executive and legislative branches.

What happened to that "mandate" of yours, shrubbie?
