2. I think a small town mayor said that as she drove around town w a
reporter. Saw that a day or two ago. Don't remember what channel/network. FEMA was a slow show or still no show in a lot of places. And when they do show it's not always an improvement. (Besides the obvious NOLA, I mean, where they blocked aid.)

Few however point that out. Scarborough is one of the few of all people, but because he and his wife were involved helping out on the ground in Mississippi and saw first hand how there were no feds or even NG around for days.
