There needs to be a fucking amendment to the Constitution that says
"Anything you can carry while wading through chest deep waters during a natural disaster is yours to keep"

Jeebus!

3. Cool
So next time there's a flood I'm coming to your house and racking up on electronics.

Theft, other than of food, water and medicine for dying folks, is NEVER excused. That's anarchy and that kind of attitude is exactly why simple looting escalated into murder and rape.

9. Uh, excuse me, but
most of the looting WAS of food, water, formula, diapers, etc. (except for the white doctors, who only "commandeered" medicine, they didn't "loot" it). Nice try, but no cigar.

11. but you're not going to be carrying that 42" plasma screen..
in rushing chest deep water, are you?

But you would do it for a couple of loaves of bread and a 12 pack of Coke, wouldn't you?

8. Damn right! When ever a national disaster takes place "looting" of
materials needed for survival should be acceptable.

I have not seen anyone, not one image, of anyone looting a TV set. Not one. I saw pictures of folks taking food, clothes, shoes, ramon noodles, cheetos, candy bars, water, booze, toilet paper and diapers. If you have a picture of anyone looting a TV set, show it.
Lets put this meme to rest right now.
