Proof we need stronger government
The incompetence over this disaster proof we need better government. The Homeland Security department has proved it's not strong enough, disaster aid has been cut and there is no communication between the state and federal governments. We really need a department of Domestic Affairs that can connect with local government to get things done during disasters, because this has been handled terribly.
