And they had plenty of advance notice for this tragedy. Years, in fact. And several days for this specific threat. Can you imagine what the situation would have been if there HADN'T been any advance notice? If a major American city were suddenly wiped out by some huge calamity and no one saw it coming? I know you can imagine this scenario, because the response by the government would be no different from the response in this instance.

The Bush Administration needs to be brought up on charges for their misappropriation of taxpayer funds. Where did all that money go? To a color-coded "terror alert system"? I could have set that stupid thing up for FREE!
