2. World War II -- the last time we officially declared war.
Every time since then has been a cheap war crime meant to bolster the military-industrial complex at the expense of the lives of the most brave, patriotic or vulnerable (i.e. soldiers) among us.

you're right we haven't had an official declaration of war since and that is one of the problems.

The war between the Groomfragm and the Chlaarghah 40000 years ago.The Chlaarghah wanted the Groomfragm's women so they clubbed each other for years before they got both extinct.
