At this link http://www.getup.org.au/campaign/DefendAustralianRights you can send an email to Foreign Minister, Alexander Downer, demanding the return of David Hicks from Guantanamo Bay to Australia to face a fair trial.

Seriously, compared to my air-conditioned existence under the thumb of
an insane, giggling mass-murderer...
a tarp-covered HOLE on the outskirts of Coober Peedie
is looking better every day.

I'll bring my own tarp and shovel!

You should see some of those places in Coober Pedy. Bloody 1st class accommodation.

I don't think joining would earn you any brownie points with immigration minister Amanda Vanstone. I'll put in a good word for you.
