The VVPB bill has passed the NC House UNANIMOUSLY but must now be reconciled with the Senate bill also passed UNANIMOUSLY.

The differences between the bill is the distribution of HAVA money. Today is the LAST day of the session and the bill must be reconciled and voted on TODAY!

The fight is not over and we have one last hurdle to jump.

The senate goes home TOMORROW!

The senate MUST act TODAY or the bill languishes until next session:

PLEASE CONTACT SENATE LEADER MARC BASNIGHT AND urge him to adopt the
House changes to the Public Confidence in Elections Act.
