Subject: Hello
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello,
You must have heard of the recent bomb blasts in London, where 3 trains and a bus exploded. This ill was planned by some ALQAEDA terrorists from the middle east.I was badly affected in the train explosion. My name is Stacey Stone,22, I safely boarded a train going to School with my kid sister,Kate. When the train came in the tunnel
between King's Cross and Russell Square, there was a very loud bang, the lights went out, the carriage filled with smoke. There were series of explosions. The glasses shatterd and some parts melted. It was a terrible scene.I was in the front carriage and there were many people in the back carriage who were injured further more.I thought I
was going to die when I saw the flames. Many people died and over 650 people badly injured. My sister was injured very badly. She lost an arm in the incident and she fell into a comma.I was badly injured too but not as bad as kate. The doctor says that Kate's condition is very critical.I have a very serious problem which has been bugging me.I and my kid sister ,Kate live in Texas,US.We come to school in London and go back during the holidays. Our Parents were seperated 5 years ago.Mum died last year and since then,it has been hell for us.We seriously need help at this time. With my kid's sister's conditon and my own too,We have no one to turn to.
We have raised a little money so that we can transport back to USA and for the hospital bills but it is not enough. We still need a lot of money to take care of ourselves, the bills, and for Air tickets back to the USA.Please find a place in your heart to help us out with the little you can.We are seriously in need and my sister's life is at stake.
Please If you are willing to help us in any way you can,you can contact me via this email.
Thank you very much and God Bless You.

Below is my contact phone number but I'm not sure if it is working at the moment due to the explosions.

3. It is undoubtedly a scam. Lots of those 419 scammers
are now using the London bombings to scam. Or it could be someone who is begging for money.

4. Complete scam - what a scumbag the perpetrator must be

"I'm not sure if the phone is working" - of course they'd know if it works. They could try calling it. The phone system was busy on the day, and not after. It's also an "07005 9" number, which diverts, at the caller's expense, to another phone (http://www.callsure07050.co.uk/dmclub.html) though strangely, they shouldn't be dialable from outside the UK.

If there really was someone in this situation, the media would have reported it - it would be an ideal story for them. Money would not be needed for treatment in the UK - if the sister's life were at stake, she'd be treated free of charge whatever her nationality or status. They would not discharge her until it was safe for her to travel (yes, they might say that she'd have to pay for longterm treatment after being discharged, or go home). Anyone studying in London would have the money to get home. Etc., etc., etc.

Amazing how shameless some people are. Maybe they should be part of the Bush regime - they need people like that.

5. I thought it was a scam until I read the part about her sister
losing an arm and falling into a comma. The losing an arm part is bad but falling into a comma? That's gotta hurt. I hope they were able to get her out. ;)

Man, those scammers don't waste any time, do they?
