Impeachment-Why Not Recall?
Any Constitutional scholars out there that can tell us why we should wait for impeachment? Any hard facts (# of signatures it would take? How long and expensive is the process?) would be appreciated. I'm too tired to google tonite and this just popped into my tiny brain.

4. Thanks
I was remembering callers on Cspan during Clinton's term and Freepers were always saying that they were passing recall petitions around, or signing one. If you are correct (and I have no reason to doubt you), then they were either lying or stupid.

3. Not possible in ANY legal case
There is no legal ability - constitutional or federal - to recall the president.

7. One has to be ELECTED for there to be a recall.

The Little Turd from Crawford was selected by the traitors on the Supreme Court.

Yeh. And what everyone else above said.

8. It's impossible...
...to recall a federal official, or start any initiative or referendum on the federal level. The Supreme Court ruled once that it was unconstitutional because according to Article One, Section One, "All legislative power in the United States shall be vested in a Congress of the United States..."
