Federal employee drug screening policy
Looking for information/links to CFR or standing polices related to drug testing of federal employees. All I can find in related to employees within the transportation industry - 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 40, the Office of Drug & Alcohol Policy & Compliance (ODAPC) publishes.

Each cabinet department and branch of government probably has their own. It will be interesting to see who must be tested and who is exempt.
