I want to start blog: help me out!

I want to start a blog. What are the best sites to host it at? Cheapness is important and ease of use since I am not super-computer geeky.

I know of blogspot and Wordpress (http://wordpress.org/). Any others out there that I should look at.

Also, quite a few of the left/progressive sites will allow you your own blog for free. e.g. DailyKos.

On edit: If you're looking for your own thing, Typepad is probably the way to go. $5/mo for a basic blog.
