Looking for link: Fake US soldier editorials.
It came out about a year ago about identical letters to the editor published by papers around the country signed by different military personnel that talked about all the great things the soldiers were doing in Iraq.

I can't find it on Google. Does anyoine have a link to the facts of that story?

letters to the editor, multiple letters off the same template...

7. former radio, then newspaper, now just a columnist...
mainly teaching these days, but the weekly column keeps my hand in the game, plus some part-time editing.

Many Soldiers, Same Letter
Newspapers Around US Get Identical Missives from Iraq

by Ledyard King, Gannett News Service

WASHINGTON -- Letters from hometown soldiers describing their successes rebuilding Iraq have been appearing in newspapers across the country as U.S. public opinion on the mission sours.

And all the letters are the same.
