A day or so after I visited and spoke with a group of soldiers at this Fort (mainly about supplements/health issues) this happened. Now my memories of this brief encounter have been given a disturbing tone.... how many more must become victims of this insanity... and will they all be counted....

FORT POLK, La. (AP) — Two Fort Polk Soldiers were found dead Tuesday morning in their residence at Fort Polk and the Army's Criminal Investigation Division was investigating.

The victims' identities were not released and the cause of death had not been determined Tuesday afternoon, Army spokeswoman Samantha Bingham said.

The two were discovered at about 10 a.m. There were no signs of forcible entry at the residence.

Bingham said the identities would be released 24 hours after next of kin of both soldiers had been notified. It was unclear when an autopsy would be performed.
