Poll question: Dean Fans: who would be Howard's best VP?
Let's say Howard Dean is the nominee. Who should be his VP?

1. Despite the criticisms, it is still Clark.

Dean and Clark complement each other well, each strong where the other is weak. Their contrasting personalities balance in a yin-yang manner too, Dean being stubborn where Clark is open, Dean is clear where Clark is vague, Dean is feisty where Clark is relaxed, et cetera.

I just hope the primary doesn't get so nasty where we cannot get along afterwards.

2. Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL)
Impeccable anti-war, liberal and fiscally-moderate credentials!

3. Mary Landrieu

I would say her. She's a woman, so that's one plus, and she's from Louisiana, which is another plus. Louisiana will be in play in 04, and we could use her on the ticket. So either her, or Bob Graham, since we could definitely use Florida too. :)

4. My Opinion??? If we pick Clark as VP, Dean gets Wellstoned w/in 6 months
THAT is why I oppose Clark as Dean's VP.

That is the way politics works, folks.

And if Dean's people are watching this site, please tell him I said he should NOT travel in small planes or probably even big ones.

These bastards do NOT play.

7. Last I heard, the Doc had a Boeing 737
Don't know if it's his, or chartered or what, but if it's owned or leased by the campaign, I hope he keeps under tight security at all times :scared:

8. That might have been the most screwed-up
thing I've ever seen anyone post in the anti-Clark war on DU.

Dude, you need medication. Trust me. Seek medical attention now.
