Correct me if I'm wrong.. but if Rove/Libby get the PERJURY slap...
that leads DIRECTLY to the OVAL OFFICE and the VP'S OFFICE (ie. the real Oval Office).

does not that make a total LOSE/LOSE/LOSE situation for the Reich???

scenario A: Dumbya/Darth KNEW/ENCOURAGED/ALLOWED them to do this.. that means that they have been LYING to the press, to the people, to the CIA, to each and every government official that this has gone thru.. and are on record multiple times doing so. This could also mean they would get named as 'un-indicited co-conspirators'. Would not that be.. er.. what's the words... HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMANORS.

scenario B: Dumbya/Darth KNEW NOTHING till after it happened.. and the didn't do anything about it... see scenario A.

scenario C: Dumbya/Darth KNEW NOTHING and Rove/Libby did it all on their own... doesn't that make them totally incompentent and show they have no control of their staff... and make everything else, every APPOINTMENT suspect.. possible segue into the results of scenario A.

If Rove/Libby go down ('specially for Perjury) .. then there is no way I can see it not taking the rest of them with it...

... and if Dumbya is STUPID ENOUGH to throw them an pardon (or even worse.. we find out he gave them a pardon MONTHS AGO). Then the uproar will be deafening.

Waddaya think Sirs?

3. Then that proves he's an incompentent and not in control...
.. giving his authority to someone else to 'run' the government. That's subverting his office and 'bringing dishonor to the office'.

6. Wouldn't ya like to read the Oath of Office of The President of the US
to the shrub, line by line, slowly and then ask him to explain what he has done to uphold any part of it?

Needs to be done live on national TV and with him in a pair of boxers so we know he isn't wearing a wire. Maybe Jimmy/Jeff can lend his some special photo-op whitey tighties ;)

5. Me either.
I would be shocked speechless if I discovered Bush had anything to do with the leaking. The Iraq stuff, the yellow cake stuff, I can see him being involved in even if only because he went along with it. If that stuff comes out, he's done.

So in that way, I'm not too excited about the Plame stuff. On one hand I am, one hand...not so much. It's not like he's running for reelection in 2008.

8. True, he's not running.. however..
this is gonna taint anyone that's supported him, anyone that's defended him, anyone that's been close to him.

ok, let's say Darth resigns.. that means that whoever Dumbya picks for a new VP would be so tainted.. I mean can you see the ads now "This man was GW Incompentant's choice...".

This is gonna roll down hill and I don't think anything can stop it..

It's smart on their part to keep the President away from their dirty tricks...just in case they get caught, which looks like is going to happen.

Bush is a clueless frat boy with shit for brains, always will be no matter what his apologists say. People like him because he gives off the impression of some tough cowboy who seems fun at parties...I guess people think that's cute. He may even believe all the lies he is told to say.

15. I don't think so
I think all that is an act like his cowboy ordeal just to fool the public so he doesn't ever get caught. I think he's very smart in what he does and his "dumb" act is just that. An act. I used to think that too but I don't anymore. Just of thinking about it and all they've done and what has been revealed. Also, wouldn't Bush get in trouble for protecting Rove?

This is Worse than Watergate, and hopefully the results will be more satisfying than Iran/Contra.

13. It's curious that this is
being leaked now. Clearly, the Chicken Littles who said Fitzgerald had destroyed freedom of the press by jailing the Virgin Judith were very wrong.

16. Maybe because Chimp/Darth are ...
.. 'out of control' from the REAL 'powers that be'. Or the 'real' Republican party is taking them down before they totally destroy their party.. or a 'New Republican' party is being quietly formed and ready to step forward..

Simply because they have outlasted their usefullness...

Surely they must see by now that they have been used big time....protection of sources indeed.
