If you have misgivings about the nomination of Judge Roberts you should express them to the Senate Committee on the Judiciary. If you are particularly lucky one of the Democrats on the Committee will be from your state. They are:

Richard Durbin of Illinois

Ask politely for an inquiry on the subject and give your question.
