Take a look, EVEN at the DU Home Page. Rove/Plamegate have fallen to low visibility under FOUR Roberts stories.

Perhaps the heat off the Rove topic is good for a SHORT WHILE. It isn't the public that matters as much as the INVESTIGATION, but I suspect the Roberts controversy isn't going away ANY TIME SOON.

I wonder what the DU Homepage will look like tomorrow.

How many people said, after the London Bombing, that Rove/Plame was dead as a doornail? A lot. Was it? Not by a long shot.

The Roberts ploy stinks of desperation; and it will work. For a day or two.

12. It is a diversion, congress goes into a recess for a month and...

a vote won't come up for at least another 2 weeks after that. So we are looking at a minimum of 1 1/2 months before there is any action on this.
