It seemed that he couldn't contain his glee of GOTCHA!!

He was moving his jaw sideways in a very strange manner. Other posters have mentioned this. It was like a reaction of trying not to laugh, once again, at the whole world.

Bush said that Roberts has 'a good heart.' That means he'll overturn Roe to my ears. During the Gore/Bush campaign, Bush talked endlessly about his heart. I despise that heart talk. :puke:

All in all, Bush was really, really happy that HE WON, once again, by screwing the people of the world. It was very creepy, and very "Bush."
