The 911 Attacks were planned at least three years before they occured. This was not an attack against the Bush Regime but an attack upon Amerikan policy in the ME. It would have occured if Gore had gotten into office, unless he could have prevented it, which I doubt.

No Amerikan Admin. has wanted or now wants Democracy for any countries in the ME. The Rethugs and Dems are on the same page with this and Imperialsim is the same with both parties, in the majority that is.
