First, I organized a sign-on letter signed by 91 House Democrats asking the president to demand that Rove either explain his actions publicly or resign. It is totally unacceptable for the president's most important advisor to be hiding behind his attorney's legalisms and media spinning. Rove owes us an explanation. Second, I wrote a letter with Rep. Barney Frank asking the Congressional Research Service if presidential advisors such as Rove are subject to impeachment proceedings. Brad Blog has this story.
