O'Donnell said something interesting on Lou Dobbs
today. He said he thought the investigation is winding down because there are no more people to interview. He thought Fitzgerald was wrapping it up and we'll hear something soon.

Since he was right on the Cooper revelations, maybe he has this one right.

Any thoughts on this?

4. He said that one of the judges used the phrase
"the plot against Joe Wilson". He was clear to say that wasn't spin but was verbatim from the legal language of one of the judges, I believe. (sorry, can't remember exactly!).

5. Last year Fitzgerald wanted to tie up a few loose ends by interviewing
Miller and cooper. He has Cooper's testimony so i guess this means he is close or still wants Miller to capitulate. It is somewhat possible Coopers testimony may have opened new avenues, but I think we're within a month or so before indictments.

2. I'm leaning in that direction, too
I guess he could wait to see if Judith Miller relents and testifies, but he may go ahead and issue indictments (I hope) sooner rather than later.

6. As far as Judy Miller is concerned,
she can be charged with obstructing justice. That might change her mind in a heartbeat.

7. I think Ms Miller realizes she is going to be indicted and so does her ...
.... employer.

Time will tell.

I don't think we have long to wait before we learn that Ms Miller can count from 1 to 5.

Peace.

3. I heard him say that & I wondered if he has an inside track.
Otherwise, how would he know there were no more people left to interview.

He also said, like Cooper's attorney on "Hardball" last night, that Fitzgerald is onto something substantial. Again, if we don't know exactly what the charges are going to be, how would O'Donnell know there were no more people left to talk to?
