A little conversation on the Rove and Plame case.
Air Force One, Somewhere in the sky over South Africa, July 7th 2003:

Condi: I've looked at the Wilson dossier we got sent over and I think I've found something quite interesting.

George: What is that my dear Condi?

Condi: Well what I can gather from reading the documents is that Wilson's wife works for the agency and was instrumental in sending him to Niger.

George: Really! How did you find out?

Condi: Well that was the simple part, I remember reading his CV that he was married to a Valerie whose maiden name was Plame. So when I read the reports from the CIA that name popped up again. She's like some analyst that suggested his name for the trip.

George: Do you think Dicky knows?

Condi: I don't know, but now we have a great opportunity to discredit him, I think Karl will be very pleased.

George: Just call the boys and tell them to get on with it, that Wilson is a real pain in the ass.

Condi on the phone: Dicky? Did you know that Wilson's wife worked for the agency.

Dicky: You don't say!

Condi: Yes and she had something to do with sending him to Africa.

Dicky: That's good work Condi. How did you find out?

Condi: Well I connected the dots Dicky! I found out her maiden name and realized that she worked for the agency.

Dicky: Great stuff, I'll get Karl on it right away. Tell George that we'll deal with Wilson.

Condi: He will be very pleased.

Dicky: By the way what's her name?

Condi: Plame, Valerie Plame.

1. Plame uncovered the fact that Cheney's Halliburton
was dealing in WMDs. Plame was not outed to discredit Wilson. It was to stop her.

3. Sorry stopped reading after seeing Madsen's name.
I least my attempt at putting the pieces together is slightly humorous and I don't present it as fact.

9. That's the most pathetic refutation of my work ever.
If you had bothered to read it, you would see that the documentation I provide corroborates Madsen's sources and the theories of great DUers like shraby, H2O Man, seemslikeadream, Pallas180, Beam Me Up, coeur de lion, starroute, Me, and dozens of others who went through months of painstaking research and 20 separate threads to verify the facts laid out in American Judas.

If you must disparage our work, at least get an informed opinion. Right now, you don't have one.

4. Ahem...instead of Condi taking the credit
(because we know she's a little behind on her reading material ala the 16 words request), it's plausible she said, "You know, John Bolton's been looking at this and he thinks..."

6. This Was A Crashcart Production.
Didn't he spend a lot of time at the CIA in those days when the Intel was being cooked? I'm sure Bolton was right there doing the digging...but it was Crashcart who was orchestrating this game.

Now maybe this script should be written with a call between Crashcart and Judy Miller. Ya think there's a transcript of a real one out there???
