I'm not a vet, but I enjoyed reading their comments. I think it is telling that the two freepers who snuck in were not flamed or banned but allowed to speak their piece-though they were questioned about the actions of Bushco and Rove.

3. Karl Rove is no patriot

I'm not in the service,although my son is a Navy Seabee who recently returned from Iraq.I was deeply offended by Roves comments.My son volunteered to serve in Iraq and survived a nighttime attack by mere inch's.I never thought when my son was growing up on our farm that the most important thing I would teach him would be how to shoot.As a father it was hard for me to answer his questions about morality after surviving close quarters combat.All he has ever said about George Bush is he wouldn't walk across the room to shake his hand.Karl Rove couldn't carry my sons water bucket.
