Today's 1735 was a considerable way down the road from the time that picture was taken.

I have a question for Big Dick (actually, this is quite likely an oxymoron).

Hey Dickie Boy, how many throes does it take to kill a hundred of our sons and daughters? How many throes are needed to kill five hundred of our fathers and mothers? Is there a set of number of throes before we start killing our grandmothers and grandfathers?

Hey, Puffy Karl? How many of your ilk have ever seen war up close and personal. I don't mean the war of slimy words you're so used to waging. But simply for the telling of one when the telling was for a purpose other than war? How do you stand there day after day and do what you do, Grampa Don? Do you sit your grandchildren on that same knee you slap with glee with each new death?
