5. This is a good thing

We want to get rid of the horses whose only purpose is crowd control and since there are no crowds other than tourists, they don't need them. So if a group does decide to demonstrate at the house then there will be no horses as crowd control. Since I can only imagine a crowd of dems this is a good thing.
