Frist needs to be asked it. DeLay needs to be asked it. Cheney needs to be asked it. Rumsfeld needs to be asked it. Even Joe Lieberman needs to be asked it.

PS: The point is, the burden is on them to prove it doesn't shame America. The burden is on them to defend the morality, practicality, Constitutionality, decency, humaneness, etc., of their gulag.

8. But if the press would actually pursue Guantanamo rather than Durbin,
Guantanamo might actually go the way of Durbin's "controversial" remarks. Maybe.

I'm not expecting the press to do its job. Just pointing out the disparity between the press as is and the press as it should be. Instead of focusing on personalities in the Senate, it would be focusing on policies that fail.
