How do I upload a flier to the web that I made on a card program?

I made an "Enlist Now" flier that I need to upload and pass on to some people who want to copy it. How do I do that? I made it on my Create-a-Card program. I have it saved in the program, but have no clue how to get it on the web or is that even possible?

2. I'm not familiar with that software but I have some other

packages to do similar things,,,,

The files my software generates can only be opened by that software,,,, however, from the software with my 'creation' on the screen I can export a file that has a .jpg format,,,, then I can email or upload to an image hosting site,,,,

or have a free trial.
