AND they are multiply verified (they will NOT be "Rather-gated").

1. Why not ?
All they need to do, is to place a fake memo which can be proofed a forgery, and no one will ever mention the correct ones again !

But now, the first one, as well as several subsequently leaked memos, have all been verified as authentic. A release now of one that were proven forged would not register like the Rather memo "forgery" (in fact, it would be highly suspicious). The Rather document was only one document, its authenticity was disputed from the beginning, and it was never verified.

The Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal of a lower court ruling that Media Consolidation is not kosher.
