Can I tell the Repubs and freepers to move to Canada?

When the repubs are no longer in power and are complaining they do not like how the country is bein run, is it ok if I tell them "if you don't like it and don't support our president in everything, move to Canada"? How about when they are complaining now about not always getting their way?
