About Faux News...
a while back when the ratings came out and Faux was dropping like a stone, I was talking about this with a friend who is a caretaker for an elderly relative.

Fox's viewership is largely the elderly, according to the ratings, and she noted that it was on at all the senior centers, nursing homes... Many of them refuse to watch anything else.

Howcum? Could it be the colors? The graphics? The backgrounds? The people? Why would they insist on Fox? What about Fox attracts old people?

It's the scroll!

The scroll is the most easily readable of all the news channels. It's big and clear and they can read it even if they can't hear what's going on. And, it doesn't have any of the crap of the talking heads-- it's just the news.

2. I run a weight training course at a retirement....
community on the Cape. The man in charge of the facility has a calendar from the Heritage Foundation hanging up in his office. The real estate company that owns the facility is like the halliburton of real estate on Cape Cod. It's pretty sick the way they raise these people's rates every year.

4. Donkey graphic.
Just a comment, I really like it. But every time I see it my brain puts the word BAD before donkey. And I read it as Bad Donkey Rising.

...don't ask me, I don't understand my brain either.

8. Well...
I am not sure if it is important about FOX news but last Saturday evening when I was in Ocala, FL Burger King I saw their TV was on FOX news and I saw people that was eating did not see that TV.

I refuse to watch FOX news because of RW influence, you know? Anyway, also when I was mall 2 weeks ago and when I was in Sears, they are showing lot of TV's on FOX news. I don't understand why too many TV's were showing on RW news. It is bothers me.

It does not make sense it is not popular now and yet companies (Sears and BK, etc) are showing anyway.

Do you have any idea why those companies are showing? Just curious. :)
