6. No, it was unanimous.
All nine justices voted to overturn. The jury instructions were broad enough to drive a truck through them.

Remember, this doesn't mean they are free to go. The Justice Department is strongly considering retrying the case. Problem is, even with the broad jury instructions, they only managed to get a single conviction for destruciton of documents.

10. I didn't say that.
But it sure as heck is not okay to allow the government to convict someone (corporation or person) based on incredibly broad jury instructions.

Frankly, had the case stood, any corporation that destroyed documents as part of the normal course of business would have been in jeopardy of prosecution at some future date.
