Bush press conference coincides with overturning of AA conviction
Sorry if i's already been posted here, but did anyone notice that Bush held his second press conbference in a month just moments after those activist justices overturned Arthur Andersen's conviction?

1. Bush press conference
My theory is that it was scheduled mid-morning on the first day back to work after a long holiday weekend to get the smallest audience and least exposure possible for George's rambling "answers".

2. It IS odd, isn't it?
I knew nothing about this press conference until I checked in this morning at DU. Scheduled it for the middle of the morning on a weekday -- the best time of all to reach all those working class voters, no?

4. I doubt if that's it. It's not really that important and most people didn'
even know they went under. However, someone is going to get something out of this because to go all the way to the supreme court to overturn a conviction has to mean something to some. So stay tuned and see who comes up from the froth of this crap.

7. What was the big news event that happened a few days after the
last Bush press conference? I think they had foreknowledge that week that it was going to be a busy newsweek and pow - !! NEWS CONFERENCE !!- all of a sudden.

We will have to see if the trend continues...

9. ABC interrupted the press conference
for the 'breaking news' of deep throat being named. Go figure.
