How Many Signatures Does Conyers Have?

I believe Representative John Conyers is trying to have 100,000 signatures on his letter to the President by tomorrow morning. This is the letter that calls for a response to the Downing Street Memo. He got signature, I hope he gets yours.

I think someone posted that yesterday. He said the person who handles it is off until after the holiday, and that he should know then.

3. Would Have liked To See A Hit Counter

I would very much have liked to see a Hit Counter on the signup page of his website. I'd be interested to get a feel for how well the word has spread in the greater world.

Just how good is the Internet at spreading information? I have always thought it was way over rated in that respect to be quite honest about it.

4. Newbie me....

..I am also new on the INTERNET, having been exposed to using a computer for the first time only a month or so ago! Now I am a DU junkie. I have been watching the "memogate" phenomena all weekend on DU and I have been to the Conyers site a few times as well. I am filled with pride because of America's INTERNET response. This may be America's Darkest Hour but from what I can tell from my watching developments on line only, I think a corner may have been turned. I hope it will not be too little too late.
