What he says: Iraq is a danger. They have WMD.
When he says it: Every chance he could get prior to starting an illegal, preemptive war (and beyond).
Why he says it: Heck, he checked it out with Tony and the guys in the UK and they said they'd back us up on this one -- we wanna war and we need some kinda reason (don't we??)
