How do I contact an administrator?

I posted an article that discusses issues regarding 9-11 and the Pentagon and a moderator moved it to the 9-11 forum. While this is an appropriate place for it, I intentionally posted it in General Discussion where I felt it would receive more attention. It will probably drop like a brick now and not get seen by as many folks, really sort of defeating the purpose of the post to begin with.
