Maybe we have freedom of religion, but in one Indiana court this only applies to court-approved religions. An activist judge in Indiana has prohibited parents from instructing their children about their pagan beliefs:

An Indianapolis father is appealing a Marion County judge's unusual order that prohibits him and his ex-wife from exposing their child to "non-mainstream religious beliefs and rituals."

The parents practice Wicca, a contemporary pagan religion that emphasizes a balance in nature and reverence for the earth.

3. I think that a better headline would be this:

"Activist judge denies family right to practice their religious beliefs"

That would get the knuckleheads to read the article and actually notice that their rhetoric is applicable to them . . .
