3. Do you suppose dubya will attend a funeral this weekend?
Nope, me either. Why ruin a perfect record of ignoring the ones he sent there to die.

There was a link around here today about a Soldier who was getting both of his legs amputated below the knee..sorry I can't find it now.

I guess they were the lucky ones.

and then there are the iraqis, who never attacked us in the first place. hundreds of thousands who won't be remembered on our day that we put aside for such things.

10. Yes! We need to remember over
100,000 Iraqis whom we bombed to smithereens, based on the lies of george w bush.. on Memorial Day, 2005!

And while I'm at it..I'd like to remind people of the Depleted Uranium we're leaving in Iraq.

19. Bush has not gone to one soldier's funeral yet. Memorial Day my ass
I believe it is true that Bush has not attended even one funeral for any of our soldiers killed in Iraq or Afghanistan.

If this is true, it should be a BIG ISSUE over Memorial Day weekend.

The shame of it: sending our young people off to die based on a pack of lies, making sure your oil and munitions buddies in the Republican party make a fortune war profiteering, and then turn your back on the citizens who gave the supreme sacrifice. That says a lot about Bush's character.

22. Memorial Day means nothing to the chimp.
I'll bet if someone asked him to explain its significance, he couldn't. Since he doesn't work to begin with, it isn't even a day off for the little shithead. Just another oppotunity for a bike ride followed by a nap.
