12. Hey, I'm all for traditional conservative judges myself...
But this new bunch of NUTJOBS are not conservative, they are radical extremists with fascistic tendencies, if not outright aspirations.

These extremists will be the ultimate downfall of our 250 year experiment.

Byrd and the other Dem who voted in favor of this judicial activist should be ashamed of themselves.

13. Wasn't Byrd one of the 7 who gave us the Glorious Compromise?
At least he stuck to what he "compromised" on. Unlike the other 6 who are covering their sorry asses by voting meaninglessly against the fascist they were too cowardly to filibuster.
