Repub 30 Year Plan?

I've been hearing about this so-called 30 year plan the Republican's are embarked on. I'm not surprised to hear this, they are on a mission that knows respects no boundries or truth - does anyone have it in a nutshell?

3. I'm not sure they called it a 30 year plan at its inception

but I think the idea behind the term is that the organizational roots of what we are now seeing began 30 + years ago in response to the progressive culture of the 60s.
