1. It wouldn't have mattered if he had the documentation
of it insured for a million bucks with Lloyd's of London.
There would have been a war as long as there was oil in the ground.

44. Exactly
The neocons believe it's their's for the taking. Never mind it's on someone else's property. I remember reading someone posting here that some rightwinger said it was fine to do that and that we own all the oil in the world. My mouth dropped to the floor.

(PNAC) and the rest of um have been up to from way back in the Reagan years, and before. Peace. :) on edit: but thanks for your concern, I was a bit fired up at the time, didn't mean my response to sound harsh, it's just that these same individuals I was yelling about back then are like a re-occurring nightmare, only this time around they are worse, and have spread like the plague. Glad your up-to-date on these guys too. Okay no more coffee for me today,:dunce: Again, Peace. :)

...before releasing it to the U.N. Do you trust Bushco to have not removed sufficient documentation to "justify" invading, at least in their own twisted minds? Me neither.

Saddam didn't have proper documentation for the destruction of WMDs, so we had to go to war. Of all the lame excuses, that's the lamest yet. Un-freaking-believable.

13. I hope Republicans stick to this Vogon argument
They keep changing their reasons for going to war, but I wish they would stick with this. It would make it so easy to criticize them.

There are so many avenues to mock them over this, such as comparing the Republicans to the Vogons of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Not only have Republicans become the party of big government, they have also become as bureraucratic as the Vogons in going to war due to not having completed the correct forms rather than for any substantial faults related to WMD.

http://www.newamericancentury.org/iraqclintonletter.htm

So the 1998 letter written and signed by you and published for the
world to see was a clerical error?

The balls on these later day election stealing war starting nazis
have to be huge.

But just like the nazis he and the others were proud of their
work back in the day. (look @ the people who asked for this war
in 1998) so when does the US army come and liberate us and the
trials start? Liberal Press :puke:

19. The US has the documentation in top secret files
The US government sent special ops into Iraq at the end of Gulf War I to destroy bunkers we knew contained WMD. The fall-out from destroying sarin-tipped missles contributed to Gulf War Syndrome, something the US government has never wanted to acknowledge. In 1997, the CIA issued a White Paper entitled "Khamisiyah: An Historical Perpsective On Related Intelligence" in which they finally admitted to the destruction of sarin-tipped warheads by the US at the end of Gulf War I in just one bunker. That was because there already was strong separate evidence of our actions at Khamisiyah. You can bet that somewhere in the Pentagon's files the Bush Administration had available to them proof that our own government destroyed much of Saddam's stockpile and that internally we could account for what we were publicly asking Saddam to account for and using as a pretext for war.

Ask if he is willing to stand up to the mothers and fathers, husbands, wives and children of the people who have died in Iraq and have Perle explain to them that their loved ones died for a 'clerical error.'

We need to nail these bastards on their bullshit to their faces. His actions and the actions of all the neocon liars had severe consequences, both here and in for the people of Iraq. Call them on their bullshit.
