Let's vote to create the DUC

In this thread, I had proposed to create the Democratic Underground Committee.

This will be a new faction of the Democratic Party that's HQ will be here and contributors to the DUC can be DU'ers regardless of how much power they hold. There has been speculation that there should be a think tank on DU, this will be it, along with many other things.

I believe the focus should be put back on the People. Neo-Cons have war, the 'christian' Right has hate, but where are the People in all of this?

I don't want to destroy the Democratic Party, but adding the touch of the People to it may just save it.

Who's with me, who wants to create the DUC?
